The okonomiyaki made by a teppanyaki restaurant is superb! The firm texture of the ingredients is topped with a fluffy batter and a generous amount of spicy special sunrise sauce! This is the Kaya way! The okonomiyaki is perfectly combined with the chewy noodles, and when eaten with cabbage and meat, it creates a wonderful marriage. The spicy and addictive Taiwanese fried noodles are also available.
